Jews for Jesus is a Christian evangelistic organization that focuses specifically on the conversion of Jews to Christianity. Viewing its followers — either Jewish as defined by Jewish law, or Jews according to Jews for Jesus — as "living out their Jewishness," Jews for Jesus defines "Jewish" in terms of parentage and as a birthright, regardless of religious belief. FYI...
A majority of members of this group are Christians. They dress up like religious Jews to create a facade that the organization is full of Jews that have accepted Jesus. This is just one of their fraudulent tactics.
Most Jews with even a basic religious background, just laugh at these stupid people, but some Jews know so little about Judaism, that they can easily be confused by their lies and misinformation about Judaism.
Jeffrey,I don't know where you get your ideas, but you obviously have no contact with Jews for Jesus because I'm one of the founders and your charge of us "dressing up as religious Jews to create a facade that the organization is full of Jews that have accepted Jesus" is bogus.
We are Jews and we are for Jesus. And you can do all the name calling you want-- it just shows you are not willing to grapple with the real issue-- namely, is Jesus the Jewish Messiah and if he is, then, being a Jew for Jesus makes alot of sense.
